Time Frames

Each individual event has its own standard lead time.

 

When placing your web orders you will have the option of selecting a delivery date on the shipping page. If your date does not fall within the standard lead time, you will be prompted immediately to change your delivery date to the standard lead time for that event. 

 

Once this is done you will be able to proceed in  processing your order.  If an earlier delivery date is necessary, please make a note in the “special notes” box and your rep will contact you to let you know if we can meet your requested delivery date.

Proof Approvals

Proofs are typically sent 10-14 business days prior to your delivery date. 

 

We want you to be pleased with your logo layout, therefore we allow two changes to the back art at no charge. All changes thereafter will incur a $25.00 per change fee. If  you have any changes please mark them on the column on the right side of your proof approval, not on the image itself. 

 

Please do not sign the approval unless the art is ready to print, and when approving, please do not simply reply to the email saying “approved” or “looks good”.  We need you to print out the approval, sign it, and fax it back to the art dept (or scan & email it) so that we can attach the signed copy to your order.

 

Once the approval has been signed and faxed back to us, there will be a $50.00 charge if any additional changes are needed.  Please note that if you have any changes to your order quantities, address, etc., you should contact your account rep for assistance, not the artist who sent you the proof.
