Use the sponsor back worksheet to communicate your sponsor layout for the back of the shirts to the art dept. 

 

The worksheet and logos should be submitted within 2-3 days after the order is placed.  Delays in submitting logos or the worksheet may affect your delivery date.

 

If you do not have all your sponsors at the time of ordering, please send in your worksheet with as much information as possible, and contact your account rep regarding the deadline for submitting the final worksheet & all logos.

 

For best appearance, please keep your layout  to four logos across.  Please draw blocks on the worksheet indicating the relative size and position of each logo, and place a number in the block which corresponds to your numbered logo list on the left side of the form.

 

Preferred electronic formats for logos are Vector Art in EPS format , or a High Rez 300 DPI(Photoshop compatible) or a PDF file. NO HARD COPY ART WILL BE ACCEPTED!
