I don’t understand how to use the website. Are there written instructions available?
Yes – please go to the website and look on the left-hand side of the main page, and you will see a button labeled “Download Forms”. Once you click there, you will see a link to the ordering instructions for the website that you can print out and follow. Feel free to contact your rep if you still have questions after reviewing the ordering instructions.

The website won’t allow me to enter the delivery date I need. What do I do?
If you need delivery sooner than the standard lead time for your event, we may still be able to help you. Please enter a date that the website will accept, and let us know the date you need delivery via the “special notes” box on the order entry page. Your customer service rep will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Can T-Formation help me outfit my staff?
Yes! We have an in-house embroidery department and can help you coordinate your staff and key volunteers in style. From polos to long sleeve button-up shirts to baseball caps – and everything in between – let us know what you need and we’d be glad to produce it for you with your company’s logo.

Can T-Formation provide other items for my walk in addition to t-shirts?
Yes! We have partnerships with various vendors who produce many different types of incentives. If there is something you need for your event, chances are we may be able to help you! Contact your rep for more information or a quote.

What is a Sponsor Back Worksheet?
A Sponsor Back Worksheet (usually referred to as an SBW) is the form you fill out and send to us to let us know how you would like the sponsor logos arranged on the back of your shirts. This form is required for the art department to begin work on your back layout.

I forgot to print my Sponsor Back Worksheet at the conclusion of my order. Can I log back in and retrieve it?
You will not be able to print your order-specific Sponsor Back Worksheet once you leave the “thank you for your order” page, however you can print one from “Download Forms”.

Why do I have to fill out a Sponsor Back Worksheet?
This form was developed to clearly convey your desired layout to our art staff, which allows them to work more efficiently. This also helps them to get your proof set up properly with fewer changes needed, resulting in a faster approval process.

How long does it take to get a Sponsor Layout proof?
Your Sponsor Logo Layout for each walk site should be ready about 10-14 days prior to your ship date during the peak busy season. It will be sent to you via email.

Where is T-Formation located?
Our production facility is located in Midway, FL – just outside the capital city of Tallahassee.

Where do I upload logos?
You cannot upload logos. Please send all logos to your account representative and they will store the logo in the saved logo bank until the artist is ready to start working on your art approval. They will then clean up logos and store them into your saved logo bank on web and there you will have the option of selecting them when you place future orders.

What if I need to add a last minute sponsor to an approval that has been approved and faxed back?
Please contact your account representative to determine the status of your order. If your shirts haven't been shipped yet, chances are we can still add the logo to the layout. Please note that adding additional logos after your layout has been approved may result in extra costs or fees.

Which file formats are acceptable?
Preferred electronic formats for logos and art include .eps, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand or PDF files. Files need to be vector art with all text converted to outlines.

I have a last minute logo to add to my layout, how do I proceed?
If you have faxed over your SBW but haven’t received a proof yet, you will need to send in a corrected SBW, adding the new logo and marking where it should go. Please write REVISED on the top of the form so that we will know it has been changed. If you have already received a proof via email of your logo placement, you will need to print that out and make changes, adding your new logo wherever it needs to be placed, and fax it back to us. DO NOT SIGN OFF ON THE APPROVAL - we will send you a revised layout. Once everything is ACCEPTABLE, then sign and fax back. Please note that adding additional logos after your layout has been signed/ approved may result in extra costs or fees.

What if I don’t have all of my sponsors finalized? Should I wait to place my order?
No! Please do not delay placing your order because you haven’t heard back from all your sponsors. Be sure to place your order on time according your event’s standard lead time, and contact your rep to let her know that you need a little more time before sending in your sponsor logos and worksheet.
