Dye Sublimation is fabric imaging at it’s finest! Using specially formulated inks, images are applied to carrier sheets. The carrier sheets are then applied to the blank garment and both are run through the sublimation press together, under extreme heat and pressure.
At roughly 400 degrees, these special inks 'flash' from a solid to a gaseous state, permanently dyeing the fabrics with the image.
